CIMA

CIMA
is the leading management accounting body offering a
complete and flexible education for management accountancy in business.
The scope of the qualifications extend beyond accounting
or financial subjects placing emphasis on business to develop predictive
skills based on a thorough knowledge of the economic, social and
political environment in which business decisions are made.
CIMA
graduates work in commerce, financial services, consultancy, government,
the public sector, and manufacturing. Three levels of qualification
are offered - the Certificate in Business Accounting, Advanced Diploma
in Management Accounting and the final
qualification leading to ACMA, Member of the Association of Chartered
Management Accountants.

ACCA
– The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants

The
Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) is the largest
global professional accountancy body. Certified
Accountants have the essential skills needed within industry, commerce
and the public sector with the ability to operate in the areas of
financial accounting, financial management, internal auditing, management
accounting or taxation.
ACCA
offers three qualifications – the full
Professional qualification entitling members to the designation
Chartered Certified Accountant; the Certified Accounting Technician
level qualification (CAT); and the Certified Diploma in Financial
Management (CDipFM) for managers who are non-accountants but who
need to acquire operational and strategic finance skills.

AAT
– The Association of Accounting Technicians
- With

The
AAT Education and Training Scheme covers the diverse range of practical
accounting skills demanded by organisations. The programme is flexible
combining a balance of theoretical learning and practical skills
from recording income and receipts to operating a cash management
and credit control system. Skills are learned and applied on a day-to-day
basis in the workplace. Each of the three stages can be completed separately but lead
to membership of an internationally recognised accounting body with
the option to progress to professional chartered accountancy.

– The Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply - With

CIPS
qualifications at Certificate, Advanced Certificate and Graduate
Diploma level serve and support the purchasing and supply profession.
Those with practical experience can join at an appropriate level.
Through a series of modules students work from the basic principles
of purchasing, selecting the right supplier, negotiating skills,
stores and inventory management, distribution, international purchasing
to contracts and legal processes associated with Purchasing and
Supply Chain Management.
