Philip Norris

Philip is a Consultant with a civil engineering education and background. In his successful corporate career, he has had extensive “hands-on” experience at senior level on all sides of the contract table and throughout the business/project cycle from initial concept to successful closeout.  His specialist skills gained from a long and successful career in Rail and Air Transportation, Construction and Utilities Industries, are now fully occupied in freelance consultancy providing wholly appropriate and highly professional solutions for clients.

Philip has operated in North Africa and the Middle East as well as in the UK, which is his base.  Highlights to his career include the complete project management of London City Airport on behalf of the developers, the first new airport in the UK for 40 years, and the negotiation of main contract framework of the UK's rail privatisation.
