Tim Frankcom

Tim is a senior consultant with Bachelor degrees in Mechanical and Electrical engineering and extensive senior line management experience in these fields. On leaving the Royal Navy, an interest in the human relations discipline prompted him to complete a further degree in Occupational Psychology. His interest and skill in project and people management has been utilised by many international companies to manage major organisational and personnel changes, most recently preparing a telecommunications monopoly for privatisation, liberalisation and the resultant competition. 

Throughout his career Tim has lectured extensively at national and international conferences, seminars, courses and symposiums. He has continued to manage line activities in commercial and industrial organisations at middle and senior management level in the UK and abroad. He has tutored, mentored, counselled and advised students at degree, masters and doctorate level. 

He recently completed a UK Masters degree in EC Employment Law specialising in Human Relations and now advises companies and organizations on all aspects of employment in the EU and the rights of employees and employers. As a freelance senior consultant, Tim continues to provide management expertise and assistance in all these skill and competency areas and manages teams in the completion of consultancy projects.
